Worship
- Macalester Plymouth United Church strives to offer meaningful worship services for our members and visitors. Between Labor Day and Memorial Day we offer a more casual worship experience at 9a.m. and a more traditional service at 10:45 a.m. Communion is open to all who seek to follow Jesus Christ.
  We welcome involvement in planning and carrying out our worship services including music, ushers, sound system, PowerPoint projection, communion, sanctuary decoration and more. To get involved, visit Share Your Talents
Fellowship
- As a congregation, we value opportunities to gather in community to get to know one another, grow in faith and just have fun! Our Congregational Fellowship Committee manages our volunteer-driven social hour and organizes numerous events throughout the year including potluck meals, an all-church retreat, Parents’ night out and the popular ‘Round the Table Carol Sing and Supper. Deacons
- The Deacons are dedicated to ministering to those in our congregation with special needs, particularly those who are elderly, ill or grieving. Among their many activities are visiting those who are in transitional care, hosting memorial receptions/luncheons for deceased members, arranging meals for returning home from hospitalization or for those who have a family member in the hospital. The Deacons also organize and order flowers for Sunday services, including special flowers at Easter. Contact the Deacons.
Prayer Chain
- As a community, we offer prayer for our members and their loved ones in times of special need. A dedicated team of people is committed to praying for any needs you might have. To share a prayer need contact Leslie Reindl.
Weddings
- We welcome members and other couples who chose our church as a place to commit their lives to one another. To discuss arrangements, contact the church office

- To arrange for a funeral or memorial service, please contact our pastoral staff.
