On Wednesday evenings, beginning Nov. 28, Meegan Hall will lead a Mindfulness Meditation group. The group will experience guided meditation and other centering practices, exploring ways to cultivate stress relief, connection, and a sense of grounding. Practices will be either seated in a chair or standing, depending on individual preference.
Meegan Hall is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher with a particular interest in mindfulness and yin yoga. She is also a cultural historian, specializing in contemplative practices and the ways people and cultures cultivate meaning.
